Last year on Memorial Day we got invited by some friends to go to Long Beach. We had such a great time we decided we needed to do it again this year. Marcus was busy with work, so we got out the door early. We were there for 3 or 4 hours, and it was so fun. The girls loved it, as always. The water was freezing, so we didn't do any swimming, but we love the beach and had a great time!
These last two pictures kill me. First the one of Avery in her new swim suit. I decided since she's potty trained it would be easier to go for a tankini this year. When she put it on she was SO upset it didn't cover her belly button. She refused to wear it for a while. Finally she accepted it. It made me laugh though how mad she was she couldn't get it to stay down over her belly.
About 5 minutes after getting to the beach I turned around to see Marc in this. I bought this shirt a long time ago for a white elephant family party. Marcus somehow ended up with it and likes to pull it out at random times. It's always good for a laugh. Love this guy!
HA HA!!! Seriously love those last two pics! What a modest little girl! Probably after seeing her daddy in his "Team Kristin" she was cool with showing a little skin!
