26 Years and 6 Months

Monday was Marcus's 26th birthday. Unfortunately, Marc is studying for the bar right now, so most of his birthday was spent doing that. We still had a great birthday dinner at my parents house though, and then cake and Ice Cream at his parent's house later that night. It was a lot of fun. We love this guy!


He's such a great dad!

I love this picture. We got him the 30 for 30 series that ESPN did, and he was so excited. My husband truly loves sports.

Hailey picked out this present for him all by herself. She was very proud.

It was a great birthday party. We love Marc so much. It was great to spend a relaxing evening with him. He's been really busy lately studying. He takes the bar next week in New York, and we are all SO excited for it to be over!

Yesterday, (Tuesday) Avery turned 6 months old. We took her in for her Doctor's appointment and our suspicions were confirmed...She's a big baby!

Here are her stats:

Height: 28 Inches = 99%

Weight: 18.96 Pounds = 94%

Head Cir. : 17.25 Inches = 86%

She is so much fun. She's grown up so fast. She is totally sitting by herself...every now and then she'll have a fall, but for the most part she is a sturdy little thing. She's drooling like crazy. No teeth yet, but I think it will be happening any day now. She rolls. She likes to make this throaty growling noise. She loves having people talk to her, and just look at her. When left on her tummy she kind of does the army crawl in reverse and pushes herself backwards. And just the last few days she's started kind of waving. It's really sweet. We love her so much!

And I love that I could combine these two posts, because everyone when they see Avery says that she looks just like Marcus. She definitely does resemble her dad. I've never noticed it more though than in this picture below. They have the same eyes and smile. If you zoom in on the picture you can totally see it.

She's definitely her dad's daughter. We love these two!
