Life as a Lawyer in Espana

Marcus has done a lot of great things while he's been in the Madrid office.  The office has been really busy almost the whole time we've been here.  He has gotten some great experience and worked on some very important deals.

He worked a lot on one of the biggest Capital Markets deals in the last 10 years in Spain.  The privatization of the airport.  It was in the news all the time here, and it consumed a good deal of Marcus's time.  In the end though it was a really cool experience.  He even got to go to the stock exchange in Madrid to ring the bell and celebrate.  It was a really big deal, and afterwards a lot of people had really nice things to say about Marcus and all of his work.  He is a fantastic lawyer.

Not everyone in Spain was thrilled with the airport becoming private.  In fact we saw many protests.  We were lucky enough to catch a picture of this one up our street.  It was a proud moment for Marc.  JK

I'm so proud of all of his hard work!
